TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Terms -
a. Standard Net 30 terms apply to all customers
b. Payment of invoice constitutes acceptance of goods and materials.
c. Orders over $7500.00 are subject to 50/50 terms, 50% payment due at time of
order to secure material, and 50% due net 30 days from invoice date.
2. Purchase Orders -
a. All purchase orders must be accompanied by a valid PO # issued by your
purchasing department, subject to verification.
b. All submitted PO's require a minimum charge of $15.00.
3. Third Party billing -
a. Third party billing will be subject to verification prior to release of
goods and/or materials.
b. Failure to forward appropriate verification in a timely manner can adversely
affect quoted lead and delivery times.
4. Past due accounts -
a. Past due is defined by any outstanding balance past 30 days.
b. Balances greater than 45 days are subject to credit HOLD and no new orders will be released for shipping or pick up.
c. Balances greater than 60 days due are subject to a 10% Monthly service fee
5. Returns -
a. Returns will not be accepted without signed authorization and an issued
RMA # (returned merchandise authorization)
b. All stock items will be subject to a 20% restock charge.
c. Non-stock items will be subject to a 50% restock charge.
d. All compliant non-stock items fabricated per customer specifications are
non-returnable.
e. Requests for RMA will be accepted within 14 days from date of delivery.
f. Please submit an RMA request via fax or email.
g. Freight charges are non refundable, and the responsibility of the receiving party.
6. Shipping -
a. All non-will call items will be shipped via UPS ground (pre-pay and add)
unless an alternate carrier and collect billing information is submitted with order.
b. All shipments over $500.00 will be insured.
c. Additional shipping insurance is always available upon request.
d. Claims for possible damage must be received within 7 days from receipt of shipment.
e. Shipments received from UPS with damage must retain the original packaging
for review by UPS claims inspector.
7. Quotes -
a. All quoted prices on stock items are valid for 30 days from date of quote.
b. Quotes for non-stock items are valid for 14 days from date of quote, subject
to material availability.
